Vacation Rentals are businesses. And like all small businesses, customer service is
sometimes more dependent on the proprietor than on the property. Remember that
Vacation Rentals are not like, let's say, Bed and Breakfast operations. The
manager/owner is seldom on site.
But Managers, Staff and Owners can make a big difference in guest satisfaction. And their
ability to achieve that may be dependent on their knowledge and training. That
is where VRIA comes in.
